Please check your address. If it’s wrong, the parcel will go on an adventure you didn’t pay for.

• Return requests should be raised within 7 days of delivery
• Refunds will be issued after inspection of the returned item

For hygiene reasons, used essential oils cannot be returned. I hope that sounds reasonable.

Our oils are natural, but your skin might still act dramatic. Always:

• Dilute oils with a carrier oil before applying

Castra is not responsible for reactions caused by incorrect or excessive use.

8. Intellectual Property

Castra is not liable for:

• Damage caused by using undiluted essential oils directly on skin
